Strategic Planning + Buying
We tailor Planning and Buying to meet individual client needs, therefore, there is no "one size fits all" method of doing business at Media Plus+. We strongly believe that because different clients have different goals, we must be sensitive to how these individual needs translate into what and how media can be used. Different objectives yield different buying strategies--for some, media can be a commodity, for others, it must be treated like a custom-made suit.
Second only to salaries in our operating costs is research, something we take very seriously at Media Plus+. In this age of media fragmentation, research has become ever more important as a tool for analyzing niche alternatives; the ability to access research, interpret the results, and implement resulting strategies into the planning process becomes increasingly important. As we are aware that small sample sizes and questionable methodology can result in skewed results, we prefer to use research for illumination and guidance rather than merely for support.
When buying, we are fair, but firm. OK, we're more firm than fair. Why lie.
Account Management + Stewardship
Each client team consists of an account manager and an account coordinator to ensure that the full range of client requirements is met. All Media Plus+ managers and coordinators get Paragon Media School training via in-person and online seminars.
We believe that clients should get what they pay for--and more! Our mission is to get the best solution for a client's needs at the best possible price with in the terms and conditions prevailing at the time. We do this in a variety of ways, both in the upfront plan and negotiation and in the ongoing management of the buy itself--what we call stewardship. Media Plus+ staff RIGOROUSLY stewards all media placements in-house through specific processes, ensuring that all clients get what they pay for.
Creative Partnerships
Sometimes client-produced creative opens the door for these kinds of creative partnerships. Sometimes they stand alone. Regardless, at Media Plus+ we buy more than just spots. We consider ourselves full-service on the basis that a client need not have creative assets for us to build and implement any type of media campaign. Whether it is working directly with the media to produce something, or teaming up with a traditional creative agency as partners, we are committed to providing you a one-stop shop to either build a campaign from the ground up, or expand on one you may already have.

Promotions
Media Plus+ regularly looks for ways to add value to our clients paid message, leveraging their media dollars to receive the most exposure possible. We prefer to take ideas to the media that work for the client rather than have the media bring us ideas that work best for them, and have had much success in this arena. However, we are careful to plan and negotiate added-value exposure that will meet a client's marketing objectives, are executable, and will deliver as promised! Promotional support can be as simple as product giveaways during lunchtime shows to full-scale integration of client initiatives into on-air programming.
'Media Plus+' may well be synonymous with 'Added-Value'.
